In the 1980s and 1990s, I worked for independent power producers (IPPs), and obtained environmental permits for a number of power projects: Sayreville, NJ -- 300 MW Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit Natural gas fired, combined cycle cogeneration Part of what was then the largest single independent power financing ($600 million) in U.S. history.
